1. Treatment Outcomes:
Results from skincare treatments vary from client to client, depending on several factors such as skin type, individual responses, and adherence to post-treatment care. While we strive to achieve the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every individual. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for services rendered based on dissatisfaction with results.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid amount. Refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations are not available.
3. Prepaid Packages and Deposits:
Payments made for treatment packages or deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to alternative treatments or services within the clinic if agreed upon by both parties.
4. Product Purchases:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products once they have been opened or used. If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please contact the clinic immediately to discuss possible alternatives.
5. Complimentary Adjustments:
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours. We may offer complimentary adjustments or follow-up consultations at the discretion of the clinic, but no refunds will be issued.
